Diversity Event for London-Based Investment Management Firm - M&G Investments

Situation

M&G already get large volumes of applications but wanted to see an increase in their gender, ethnic and social mobility pipelines

Action

Sanctuary tapped into our diverse student society, departmental and database networks to drive attendance from M&G’s target audience in just two weeks.

Result

6 of the 30 attendees were hired following the delivery of the event. AI screening initially rejected these candidates, but a ‘Second Look’ diversity initiative comfortably overrode AI’s decision.
