We’re the diversity experts
Proudly partnered with the Sutton Trust, we are the thought leaders in diversity within early careers.
We are committed to helping employers find the most diverse talent from all walks of life while creating a more supportive, equal and accessible experience for applicants.
Our partnership with
The Sutton Trust
After many years supporting the Social Mobility Foundation, since Autumn 2024 we have been partnered with the Sutton Trust. Their knowledge and expertise allows us to be right at the cutting edge of the massive issue of social mobility and how to practically tackle it within early careers. The partnership affords us the latest knowledge and research as well the opportunity to deliver together our seminal diversity conferences for early careers, university and D&I professionals.
Pioneering ‘diversity in early careers’ conferences
Our regular conferences focus on how employers can move the dial on diversity in their organisations and help students from all backgrounds realise their full potential. We bring you the latest insights and trends in diversity and social mobility from subject experts and provide best practice and practical steps to improve diversity in your organisation.
Our personalised approach to delivering diversity is award-winning
We won the Best Attraction Activation award at the recent Institute of Student Employers Awards for our work driving female STEM applications to a German car manufacturer, getting their female application numbers from 18% to over 30% in just 2 weeks.

Our work with less privileged students on campus
Sanctuary Graduates is passionate about supporting under-represented students and does so in several ways.
Diversity is in our DNA
We value diversity at SG, where most of our management team are first-generation university graduates. Many started with us as graduates and have become leaders in our business and the early careers industry.
Notably, Millie Mason, whom we met at a University of Southampton "widening participation" event, is now our Director of Recruitment!
