To apply, simply visit our jobs board or register here on our website. You can upload your CV and opt in to receive email alerts for jobs relevant to your background.
2. Eligibility
Our Account Managers will be in touch to provide an update on the eligibility of your application.
3. Sanctuary Selection Process
We'll invite you to a series of interviews with our team. And, if all goes well, you'll be shortlisted to the employer.
4. Final Stage Preparation
If successfully selected, we will support you with your preparation with final round assessments with the employer.
Special adjustments
We actively support students who require adjustments to make sure the recruitment process is always inclusive. When you apply for a role you’ll be able to contact your Account Manager who will discuss your disability and all the ways we can make accommodations for you. Disclosing this information will in no way impact your application and we strongly encourage you to inform our team so that we can provide the best support.

We take the time to get to know you, assess your strengths and put you forward for the roles you’d be well suited to. We also offer application tips, assessment centre preparation, interview advice and feedback.
We like the personal touch and will match relevant roles to your skills and experience. If you submit your CV to us, we will email you any relevant opportunities for which you can then apply.
We aim to get back to you within 10 days of you applying to a scheme. If you have recently submitted your CV to us, please wait for our relevant opportunities to be emailed to you. If you haven’t heard from us yet, it might be that we’re not working on anything that matches your skillset at the moment.
