FAQs

Why use Sanctuary?

We take the time to get to know you, assess your strengths and put you forward for the roles you’d be well suited to. We also offer application tips, assessment centre preparation, interview advice and feedback.

Why aren’t all of our opportunities displayed?

We like the personal touch and will match relevant roles to your skills and experience. If you submit your CV to us, we will email you any relevant opportunities for which you can then apply.

When will I hear back after an application?

We aim to get back to you within 10 days of you applying to a scheme. If you have recently submitted your CV to us, please wait for our relevant opportunities to be emailed to you. If you haven’t heard from us yet, it might be that we’re not working on anything that matches your skillset at the moment.

Where can I find more information regarding the scheme?

If you are invited to the next stage, the full job description will be emailed to you directly and this can also be found on the jobs board.

Are there any positions similar to the one I am applying for?

We will always contact you if there are any other opportunities relevant to you if you are unsuccessful with your initial application.

I need to change my phone interview time

Please email students@sanctuarygraduates.co.uk with your full name, the position applied for, your current interview time and the time and date you would prefer.

What will my phone interview consist of?

Mostly competency based questions and a few motivation based questions. We are assessing your suitability for the specific role you’ve applied for.

Do you provide special adjustments?

Yes, when invited to the next assessment stage, you can disclose any special adjustments you require which will not impact your application. We strongly advice that you inform us at every assessment stage so that we can set you up for success.
