We can reach any UK student
Our unique partnerships with almost all UK universities and schools allow us to send out emails to students nationwide. This gives us the reach we need to find the talent our clients are looking for. Using a unique data tool, we’re able to find out which schools, universities and courses are the most diverse and target any demographic.

Meet our founder
Hi. I’m Tom. I am the Founder and Managing Director of Sanctuary Graduates. My passion is for growing businesses, client service and improving social mobility in society.
Outside of work I am a youth football manager (a good home for a competitive Dad!) a keen tennis player and a sailor who talks endlessly about long voyages without actually doing them – yet! I am also a committed Norwich City fan, a habit I’ve not been able to shake since birth.
