Meet our founder

Hi. I’m Tom. I am the Founder and Managing Director of Sanctuary Graduates. My passion is for growing businesses, client service and improving social mobility in society.
Outside of work I am a youth football manager (a good home for a competitive Dad!) a keen tennis player and a sailor who talks endlessly about long voyages without actually doing them – yet! I am also a committed Norwich City fan, a habit I’ve not been able to shake since birth.
Our team of specialists
Meet our wonderful team who work hard to make you feel like you're our only client.
Sanctuary in Cricket – Our Social Mobility Charity
In 2022 we set up Sanctuary in Cricket to improve the life chances of disadvantaged children in South Africa. The initiative uses cricket to promote social mobility of black children in South African townships and increase interaction with their richer, white peers. Our work also builds their confidence, team working and leadership skills - check out the video from the first project we funded.
