Here at Sanctuary Graduates we aren’t just another faceless graduate recruitment agency. We are committed to developing long-term relationships by offering a consistent and dedicated graduate recruitment service, which is why we always like to come and meet you so that we can get to know you personally. This is an essential part of our ‘getting to know you’ policy, which helps us to truly understand your company and business needs. We have a personal touch with our clients, candidates, departmental connections, on-campus recruitment partners and each other. All staff are given time off to pursue charitable and social causes close to their hearts, and we have regular office massages, reiki and treats to keep our lovely people happy.

In keeping with our ‘peer-to-peer’ approach, our student headhunters and campus marketing connections are managed by a highly talented team of recent graduates and placement students. This enables us to communicate effectively with our network of students and appreciate the small details of their everyday lives. Like this we develop friendly, fruitful relationships with our campus recruiters.
