A fast-growing financial technology SME wanted to attract the best technical graduates to their Support Engineer Graduate positions. They did not have the expertise or human resource effectively search themselves.
The Solution – focusing on our technical headhunters and campus connections
We briefed those headhunters who study STEM subjects at universities nationwide, who in turn recommended the company, the role and the technologies involved to their friends, course-mates and society colleagues, in an effort to persuade them to apply.
We quickly identified a lot of candidates with the right skillsets and motivations. These were taken through a CV and telephone interview screen, and the best were sent over to the company, who made 4 placements and continue to rely upon us to deliver their graduate talent.
