BECOME A
HEADHUNTER
To be a successful headhunter, you must be enterprising and well connected on your course or on campus generally. Links to societies, sports teams, large peer groups and departments are particularly helpful. You should also like networking, approaching people and talking to them about our clients’ schemes. Being active on social media will also help you reach the maximum audience.
As a headhunter, you would approach your friends, course-mates and anyone else you know, that would suit the campaign you’ve been briefed on. Think of it as networking that gets your friends hired at the same time. You will only ever work on one campaign at a time.
Our top headhunters are paid a basic salary, as well as large commissions. All of our other headhunters work on a commission basis and are rewarded for every qualifying CV per campaign, as well as large cash sums per hire.
1. Briefing Our campus team brief you on the people we are looking for, for each campaign.
2. Campus Search You spread the word on campus by approaching anyone in your networks that you think suits the role and the company. These can be friends, course-mates, sports teammates, society colleagues or anyone else you think is suitable.
3. Application The people you have recommended the role to then apply using your unique referral code.
4. Reward Our top headhunters are paid a basic salary, as well as large cash commissions for each candidate they find that is hired by one of our clients.
