What is the role?
As a 6-month intern, you will support with the wider digital attraction and screening and candidate management within our Client Delivery to ensure that we deliver strong results for our clients. You will get stuck into real live projects from early on and make a critical impact. The teams are responsible for the following:
- What is Digital Attraction – Building and executing an effective marketing strategy to attract strong talent for their client campaigns. You will support the team by spreading their roles through our unique networks and university campus partnerships. You will have the opportunity to be creative in order to engage apprentices, university students and graduates.
- What is Screening and Candidate Management – Processing, screening and nurturing the sourced applicants. You will have full training on our bespoke screening and candidate management process. You will deliver excellent customer service to your candidates and will support the team with accurate reporting and making shortlisting decisions for client review.
Day-to-day activities include:
- You will get exposure to and work on live projects from day one, gaining full experience in the early careers recruitment attraction and screening process.
- You will support with university careers jobs board posting and monitoring.
- You will support with building attractive job descriptions that are in line with our clients’ expectations and posting them on internal and external job boards.
- You will support the team with building attractive e-shot content to share with our database to drive a strong open and click rate, in addition to building relevant mailing lists.
- You will head-hunt candidates via LinkedIn and our database.
- You will support the team with preparing content for and reaching out to university departments, placement officers, careers services and societies.
- You will support with analysing campaign data and compiling reports that are sent to our clients.
- You will get exposure to the full screening process, from CV sifting to interviewing candidates, through telephone and pre-recorded video interviews, ascertaining their ambitions and suitability to meet our client’s needs.
- You will support the team with candidate management for their specific client campaigns. You will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with our candidates, ultimately acting as a support network to assist them with any issues throughout the application process.
- You will support the team with building and facilitating assessment centres, candidate invitations and check-in telephone calls.
- You will support the team with editing and checking candidate documents to ensure they are appropriate for client submission.
