  • Sanctuary Graduates, the Early Careers and Diversity Experts, seek an ambitious business-to-business marketing professional with some pre-existing b2b marketing experience to join our business development team.
  • This is a straight marketing position delivering warm leads for the business development team to convert into clients – there is no telephony involved.

What is the role?

  • Main Responsibility: Generating income
    • Design (improve existing) and deliver a multi-channel marketing strategy aimed at bringing new employer clients into the business for our brilliant operational teams to deliver the recruitment to
    • Deliver warm leads of interested employers for our Business Development team to close into client relationships
    • You will be reporting to the Business Development Director
    • Responsibilities include:
      • Lead generation
        • Consistent, insight led email marketing outreach via our marketing platform (Brevo)
        • Managing Google advertising and collaborating with our PPC specialist
        • Managing client facing social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Dripify (LinkedIn automation) and TikTok
        • Managing our lead data platform Apollo
      • Creating compelling copy for our target audience
        • Improving and checking BD Director’s copy
      • Drawing conclusions and analysing our marketing effectiveness – from open rate, clicks, conversion and sales data working with the BD director
      • Managing and keeping our database of leads up to date
        • Our lead database is our biggest asset so must always be accurately
        • All leads must have clear statuses with relevant actions to unlock the value from every lead
      • Being creative to unlock new lead generation opportunities and in-time creating and managing the full marketing eco-system for the business
    • Secondary responsibility: Supporting with the wider marketing of the business
      • Supporting with wider marketing strategy of the business including
        • Managing, and generating content for, our social media channels
        • Student facing marketing and content in order to deliver more student registrations to our talent database
        • Follow trends and latest media events to produce first class reactive marketing on our socials

Person Specification

  • B2b Marketing Experience: Clear experience in b2b marketing with proven success in delivering revenue and reaching targets and can hit the ground running
  • Quick learner: Someone looking to quickly absorb the specialist knowledge around them to be able to market our products in a short time frame
  • Positivity: A can-do character, to rub off on colleagues and clients
  • Progression: Keenness to grow the business and the team around them with a growth mindset and intuition for delivering results
  • Initiative: always finding a way to deliver
