What is the role? 

You will be managing our Client Brand Ambassador Campaigns and creating marketing materials to promote our clients on campus. You will have ownership for the success of the campaigns as well as managing students to ensure they are completing activities that meet the goals set out by the clients. You will create and curate exciting marketing materials with our clients that the Brand Ambassadors can use. You will work with clients to ensure they get the outcomes they need and manage a team of associates who will be looking after their own campaigns.  

Day to day responsibilities include:    

• Your main role will be to manage Brand Ambassadors during their campaign, as well as supporting in the management of other members of the BA team. 
• Conducting the search, screening and interviewing candidates to create the perfect shortlist for the client.   
• You will speak to them on a regular basis about what activities they can do to creatively hit their goals.  
• You will be developing and implementing marketing strategies that Brand Ambassadors can use to optimise outreach on their campuses.  
• You will be creating engaging copy that the Brand Ambassadors can use on social media, working with our clients to make assets that follow their brand guidelines.  
• Creativity is key in this role as you will be able to contribute creative ways that Brand Ambassadors can promote both in-person at their university and online, utilising digital marketing and social media to build brand activation campaigns on campus.  
• You will be monitoring and analysing Brand Ambassador success using clicks and impressions to track the success of the assets you create and the outreach being done by your Brand Ambassadors, and optimise marketing efforts. 
• You will be ensuring that each Brand Ambassador is thoroughly supported in their role and meets the targets set by the clients.

• We are looking for individuals who thrive on building relationships with clients and Brand Ambassadors. 
• You should be someone who can create engaging marketing content for social media and has excellent attention to detail. 
• You should be comfortable with reporting on campaign data. 
• Experience working in office-based environments, admin based or customer facing roles. 
• Experience working in Marketing is beneficial but not essential. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills, great initiative, and a strong sense of ownership.  
• You must be kind, driven, hard-working and love problem-solving. 
• You need the ability to think outside the box, be upbeat and have an excellent and confident telephone manner.  
• You must be a strong collaborator who is willing to support the team on their projects to allow the overall business area to succeed.   
• You must have the ability to work to tight deadlines and be truly invested in the work you do.
