What is the Event?

M&G are hosting an exciting event for those who identify as Women (including those who identify as Female Transgender and Non-Binary) to celebrate Women in Asset Management and to inspire individuals like you to consider a career in this field, with the chance to find out more about their Asset Management 2025 Summer Internship. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about M&G, the industry, network with the firm and have the chance to highlight your skillset to key stakeholders.

The event will take place on 19 November 2024 and is an invite-only event. If you are interested in attending, please register your interest and the Sanctuary Graduates Team will process your application and suitability for the event via your CV and a casual interview.

Who are M&G looking for?

• We are looking for penultimate year students (graduating in 2026) who identify as Women (including those who identify as Female Transgender and Non-Binary) and are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and have a genuine interest in starting their career in Asset Management.
• We don’t require specific degrees or grades because we know each background and experience brings its own skills and individual perspective to M&G. This programme will teach you the technical and professional skills you need to be successful in your career, as long as you are committed to investing the time in your own development.
• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

The Asset Management Summer Internship

M&G are offering an exciting 8-week Summer Internship within their Asset Management business for penultimate year students.

• You will be placed in one of the following teams: Investment Desk, Investment Operations, Global Distribution and Product (Product, Marketing, Strategy and Distribution), Controls & Assurance or Sustainability.
• You will learn about M&G’s business, by working alongside experienced professionals across various departments and asset classes.
• Successful applicants will start the summer internship on Monday 24^th June 2024.
• You will have a competitive salary.
• By attending the event, you will be supported by Sanctuary Graduates throughout the application process to maximise your chances of success.
• There are also roles in Technology and Risk & Compliance which might interest you.
