Key Client and Candidate Manager

Salary: £25,000 – £27,500 after the first 3 months

What is the role?

You will be a member of the Brand Ambassador team which focus on delivering success for our clients. You will be responsible for end to end management of client campaigns. You will have real responsibility for delivering success and making a difference to the outcomes for clients, ensuring their KPI’s are met. In this role you will be involved in:

  • End to end management of client campaigns    
  • Client briefing calls – this will include responsibility for several of your own high-profile clients such as BDO, Carpmaels & Ransford, Rolls Royce Motor Cars and Saffery Champness
  • Conducting search, screening and interviewing candidates to create the perfect shortlist for the client 
  • The running of client Brand Ambassador training days 
  • Brand Ambassador management  – including monitoring Brand Ambassador results, recommending marketing activities, conducting 1-to-1 management and checking copy
  • Client communications
  • Ensuring customer success and driving high-quality results

  • The ability and passion to deliver excellent results to clients, and to be able to communicate these in a clear, concise and confident manner.

  • The ability to think creatively in order to solve problems.
  • Good communication skills both with your team and professionally with clients. 
  • The ability to manage and support Brand Ambassadors and push them to hit their KPI’s in order to demonstrate success to clients.
  • A creative mindset in order to think of new and innovative ways Brand Ambassadors can hit their targets. 
  • The motivation to develop and grow with the company as we invest in you as a future leader.
