What is the Programme? 

Its for 2 years. The IT Graduate role will experience the full breadth of a diverse and fast paced IT function. Working across our teams the role experience a range of opportunities, developing skills in business analysis, test management, project management, innovation and customer service for example. The role will build experience a wide range of technologies and work with them to deliver business value.

What will you do? 

  • Work alongside teams to understand and analyse business needs, helping design and implement tech-driven solutions. 
  • Contribute to the management and delivery of small-scale IT projects, overseeing timelines, resources, and outcomes. 
  • Gain exposure to ITIL frameworks, service management processes, and system testing. 
  • Learn and apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to different projects, adapting to a range of working environments. 
  • Stay ahead of the latest tech trends, including automation, cloud services, and cybersecurity, applying them to real-world business challenges. 
  • Work across departments to align technology solutions with business needs, ensuring they add value to both internal and external customers.
