What is the role?

  • You will be focused upon developing your people skills, your organisational skills, and your problem-solving skills. Gaining exposure to various career routes and departments during this time including Engagement Management (Programme Management), Professional Services, and Tech Support.
  • You will learn technical information and how to communicate this in a  non-technical manner and vice versa.
  • You will improve your ability to foresee problems along with providing both short and long-term solutions.
  • You will work in a technically challenging yet rewarding environment helping you push your limits by having the ability to influence and be recognised within your role.
  • By the end of the Graduate Scheme you will be a key member of one the Customer facing technical teams mentioned above, bringing PRISYM ID’S innovative solutions to market.

Who is best suited to this role?

  • You have achieved a 2.1 or above at degree level (Preferably from a STEM discipline).
  • You are eager to learn about new technology and you are ready to be trained on product knowledge and build customer knowledge.
  • You are ready to build and maintain customer relationships through excellent communication skills.
  • You are proficient across all Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Experience is not necessary however an understanding of technology from University may be used to support this, 0-3 years in Consulting, Support, Delivery or similar experience is also welcomed.
  • A full UK driver’s licence is desired but not compulsory.
  • You must have the right to work in the UK as VISAs will not be sponsored and have the ability to travel to both Europe and the USA occasionally.
