We seek an ambitious, entrepreneurial sales professional with recruitment experience. The role will see you driving success for both the sales and operations for one of our most successful products. We offer a high-growth, high-yield position of responsibility within our young, fast-growing business. We are looking for someone with 2-5 years’ experience within recruitment and with managing people.

Main Responsibilities:

Operations Management

Managing and improving the contingency recruitment side of the business including;

Managing the consultants (with support from COO) and providing training for new consultants

Setting targets and time frames for the consultants and driving the consultants towards those targets

Responsible for consultants’ performance day to day

Business Development

Ownership of the Profit and Loss Account (P&L)

Working towards clear sales targets which will be annual with monthly yardsticks.

Responsibilities include:

Identifying leads

Marketing and selling to those opportunities (cold calling; emailing; LinkedIn outreach)

Managing the end-to-end sales process

Managing inbound leads from end-to-end

Managing the Contingency Team 

End-to-end process including; identifying opportunities, tailoring our products, negotiating prices, sorting contracts, and setting up briefings

Reporting with proper use of Salesforce

Directing the client relationships:

Delivering updates

Ensuring satisfaction

Increasing spends from clients
