What is the role?

  • As a Graduate Surveyor, you’ll work alongside the Property Management and Asset Management teams, to gain the necessary experience to sit your APC. 
  • You will collaborate with teams across the business, from Finance, Investment, Leasing and Sustainability Teams and support the teams on a range of projects including tenant fit outs and lease renewals.
  • In your first two years, you’ll work towards attaining Chartered status with the RICS. Your APC exams will be fully funded and you’ll have a mentor to support you throughout the scheme.
