What is the role?

  • Deliver business goals and ensure excellence through effective property management, including overseeing budgets, maintaining property standards, and collaborating with facilities providers.

  • Handle diverse tasks such as managing lease approvals, credit control, database management, and compliance with regulations and lease covenants.

  • Propose and implement innovative, value-adding initiatives while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.

  • Provide comprehensive financial support, assist with budgeting, business planning, and ensure high standards of tenant communication and service.

  • Manage stakeholder communication, prepare marketing materials, assist in re-letting, address dilapidations, and handle insurance claims promptly.
