Outsourcing Graduate:

Outsourcing is a fast moving department with regular new clients and various requests for services, as such the role is flexible with clients ranging from sole traders to international corporations, dealing with both regular bookkeeping and project work such as audit preparation. The outsourcing client portfolio consists of a wide variety of industries ranging from; construction to IT Consulting to marine engineering, and therefore provides a versatile environment to gain experience and knowledge.  

Some day to day responsibilities may include:

  • Processing purchases and sales on accounting systems (Xero, Quickbooks or Sage).
  • Reconciling bank transactions with accounting systems.
  • Preparing client queries relating to monthly processing and reconciliation.
  • Preparation of CIS Returns

  • 2.1 degree or above.
  • High levels of numeracy and accuracy.
  • Intellectual calibre necessary to pass demanding professional examinations.
  • Sound IT skills, preferably with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Ability to develop both team and client relationships across a range of levels.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, plan ahead and manage sometimes changing priorities.
