What is the Programme? 

In this 2 year Corporate Affairs Graduate Programme, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment where the excitement of travel comes to life. This two-year program includes rotational placements, giving you exposure to a variety of projects focused on protecting and enhancing Gatwick’s reputation and supporting sustainable growth.

What will you do? 

  • Contribute to external engagement and communications activities to strengthen our stakeholder relationships. 
  • Analyse data and research findings, translating complex information into clear and compelling communication. 
  • Assist in the planning and execution of key projects and events. 
  • Interact with journalists and handle media inquiries to promote Gatwick’s narrative. 
  • Develop engaging content for social media, utilizing analytics to maximize impact. 
  • Work closely with colleagues across departments, sharing ideas and fostering a team-oriented environment.

Do you have what we’re looking for? 

  • Minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant discipline? (graduated 2024 or projected for 2025). 
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. 
  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects at once, ensuring clear, concise communication with key stakeholders. 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into digestible content. 
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships across the organisation. 
  • Team working- you’ll enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas, and collaborating with colleagues as well as other graduates
