This is an opportunity to join a recently launched  new and exciting team – the Talent Delivery Team, which will focus on enhancing and strengthening client relationships and work at the junior to mid-level of the market; providing a quality service to both candidates and clients. This team works across a variety of different sectors and could typically be working with organisations ranging from Tik Tok, Help for Heroes, BT, Danone and many more.

 

What is the role?

Typically your days will be busy and varied. Most days will include the following:

  • Interviewing candidates on the phone, via Zoom and in person
  • Writing up candidate notes and updating database
  • Building talent pools using Salesforce and Jobscience
  • Researching and market mapping for specific roles/sectors using LinkedIn
  • Managing and updating the integrity of the database
  • Attending client briefings for new roles for key clients
  • Working to targets and deadlines as part of a team, contributing to the overall team goals
  • Attending team meetings, identifying priorities, communicating status updates
  • Preparing summary reports for clients
