What is Spring into Deloitte: 

• Spring into Deloitte is a two-day insight programme with two events to choose from: Audit & Tax or Strategy, Risk & Technology.  
• You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the exciting projects Deloitte run, and meet representatives from their diversity networks, including inspiring women and members of our Black Experience team.  
• As well as gaining an insight into the work you could be doing, you’ll also hear more about the company’s values and inclusive culture. 
• Please note, you won’t be able to switch after you choose a specific path for Spring into Deloitte. 
• Deloitte recognise how important your time is, so this is a paid opportunity, with expenses also covered. 

Why should You Apply? 

• Spring into Deloitte can open new opportunities within the firm. After you’ve completed your programme, you could convert to their Summer Vacation Scheme or Industrial Placement in Audit & Tax or Strategy, Risk & Technology, depending on the area you originally chose.

Who Can Apply? 

• You must be in your first year of university (or second year on a four-year course) and on track to achieve a 2:1.
