What is the role?

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies – You will carry out customer propositions, communication plans and brand development. 
• Strategic planning and general management – You will work with the Company Directors to implement the strategic plan for the company, including forecasting and targets. 
• Sales and Customer Service Management – you will be responsible for demand creation, lead generation, KPIs, plus the brand face of VES for customers. You will ensure the team build trusting and caring relationships with customers, reinforcing their advocacy of the VES brand.
  
• Financial command and control – you will ensure effective data collection and monitoring of all financial, sales and marketing information and KPIs, overseeing smooth and accurate management of banking and bookkeeping.
  
• Operations and systems management – you will take overall responsibility for the creation, implementation and maintenance of systems to ensure the smooth running of the company.

Who is best suited to this role?

• You will have an honours degree in Marketing or MBA equivalent, preferably with a University placement in a marketing related role. 
• You should be a self starter, able to demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills. 
• You must be performance focused and able to deliver challenging objectives. 
• You will have strong interpersonal skills, be approachable and proactive with the ability to build relationships. 
• You will have high attention to detail whilst still delivering on time.
