The Solution – student headhunters searching their friendship groups
Once briefed, we briefed our student headhunters on campuses nationwide who identified those of their friends and peers who had the requisite skillset and who would be better suited to a startup environment
We quickly found a number of people who were keen to join the startup and who had the right profile. From our shortlist of 5 candidates, one graduate was subsequently hired.
