What is the role?

  • Working in the Client Services team, you will be responsible for daily tracking and execution of campaign activity for clients, including:
    • Email marketing
    • Webinar setup
    • Advertising copy chasing
    • Profile updates, and more!
  • You will be responsible for the coordination of project status from initial stage through to completion.
  • You will provide timely communication between departments and to clients regarding delivery, tracking and performance – alerting to delays and potential overruns.
  • You will be responsible for pulling campaign data from multiple sources to aid in the creation of campaign performance reports.
  • The traffic coordinator will build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • The successful candidate will create, communicate, and execute project work plans and revise, as appropriate, to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • You will manage internal and external stakeholder input and requirements making sure relevant information is communicated and team members are always up to date.

Who is best suited to this role?

  • The successful candidate will have preferably been educated to degree level in media, marketing or related subjects.
  • You have some office-based work experience.
  • You have marketing or media experience, either through a degree programme or on-the-job work experience.
  • The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • You have the ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment and have multitasking capabilities.
  • You are an excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills  and are keen to keep improving processes.
  • You have the ability to work independently and in a team setting, with external and internal stakeholders.
