What is the Programme?
The Development Graduate Programme is a dynamic two-year experience that consists of four rotations, each lasting six months. Throughout these rotations, you will work on a diverse range of projects across different areas of the business, giving you a broad understanding of London Gatwick’s operations and strategic priorities.
Each rotation will focus on a specific business challenge, where you’ll contribute to developing solutions through process improvements, people management, or capital investments in systems and infrastructure. You’ll work alongside teams in Construction, Engineering, and IT, gaining exposure to a wide variety of functions. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across the business to support the delivery of strategic projects, all within a structured project governance framework. This hands-on experience will immerse you in key initiatives, including growth strategies, sustainability projects, commercial ventures, and operational efficiency improvements.
