What is the Programme?
It’s for 2 years. You will be involved in live projects that deliver what matters. This role supports the strategic decision making for all areas of the airport and provide insights through data. Part of the programme will include a leadership development module with the other graduates and a dedicated coach (a senior leader from the business) to help build resilience in the workplace.
The Sales and Operational Planning team are integral to Gatwick Airport’s business objectives. They maximise growth minimising capital investment. This programme is at the heart of the operation, supporting the delivery of stable operations at Gatwick Airport.
Department activities include managing the airport capacity, forecasting passenger demand, passenger flow and airfield simulation, and setting out future infrastructure requirements.
