The Constantia Clinic has been in operation for almost 20 years and is the leading and largest ADHD clinic in the country with more than 2500 clients on the books.
The Constantia Clinic is the UK’s only clinic offering the full spectrum of ADHD and Executive Function services that children and adults most often require. These include Neuro Assessments, Diagnosis and Planning, Prescription and Medication Optimisation, Therapy, Coaching and a critical intervention program.
The Constantia Clinic works with over 200 schools in the UK and abroad, advises the UK Government’s ADHD Advisory Board and is the leading clinic providing ADHD diagnostic tools specifically for girls and women.
What is the role?
The Constantia Clinic is now going through a period of expansion across services in psychology, psychiatry, neuro imaging, coaching, data collection and analysis, socio-economic studies as well as R&D. For this challenging development process, they would like to recruit a Clinic Manager reporting to the senior management.
The role will offer great autonomy, intellectual challenges, frequent and sensitive client interaction, business development, R&D and management responsibility while working with some of the leading people in ADHD treatment and research.
Substantial client interfacing activity around booking, scheduling and client follow ups as well as liaising with parents of clients where needed.
Who is best suited?
A degree in psychology, science or a social science related field with a 2.1 grade or higher.
Good medical/ clinical/social experience/ knowledge.
A full UK Driver’s License and access to a car.
Experience in a medical/ clinical environment is highly desirable.
