What is the role?

As a 12-month placement student, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of campaigns for several of our key high-profile clients. This placement is available in 5 different teams and you may have the opportunity to rotate through teams, giving you the chance to see how each area of the business works. 

The teams available are: 

Search Team:

You will utilise our multiple campus search methods to generate large numbers of relevant applications in order to deliver the graduates, placement students or interns our clients’ businesses need.

Day to day activities include:

• Attending virtual client meetings, building your advert and planning your campaign.
• Selecting advertising strategies required to ensure that you reach your target applications. 
• Utilising our database of over 150,000 students by sending mailers and other attraction material.
• Analysing and assessing current applications and liaising with our screening team to find gaps in your campaign that may need filling.
• Attending and maximising return from careers fairs.
• Utilising our on campus headhunters to promote client opportunities
• Maximizing return from our student society partnerships.

Screening Team:

You will help deal with the flow of applications generated by our campus search team, screening, shortlisting and ultimately placing them with our high-profile clients.

Day to day activities include:

• You will gain experience in the full recruitment screening process.
• You will support the Screening Team with CV sifting and quality checking.
• You’ll get the opportunity to interview candidates, ascertaining their ambitions and suitability to meet our client needs.
• You will be responsible for building long term relationships with our candidates and supporting them through the recruitment process.
• You will support the Screening Team with preparing candidates for final round interviews and assessment centres.
• You’ll get to liaise with our high profile clients all over the UK!

Brand Ambassador Team:

You will be managing our Client Brand Ambassador Campaigns. You will have ownership for the success of the campaigns as well as managing students to ensure they are completing activities that meet the goals set out by the clients. You will also have the opportunity to have client exposure. 

Day to day activities include:

• End to end management of client campaigns.
• Attending client briefing calls – you will also gain the responsibility to contribute further to these meetings.
• Conducting search, screening and interviewing to create the perfect shortlist for the client. 
• Brand Ambassador management – speaking to students on a regular basis about what activities they can do to creatively hit their goals.
• Reporting back on Brand Ambassador success.
• Ensuring customer success and driving high-quality results.

University Partnerships Team:

You will be nurturing and growing our huge community of graduate and undergraduate talent.

Day to day activities include:

• Representing Sanctuary Graduates at university campus events across the UK.
• Finding innovative ways to grow the Sanctuary Graduates brand.
• Helping to manage the Sanctuary Graduates Brand Ambassadors who are at a number of universities around the UK.
