Role: Recruitment Consultant

Location: London Bridge

Salary: £22,500-£25,000 + Commission (OTE £35,000-£40,000)

Start date: ASAP

What will you be doing as a recruitment consultant?

  • You will be able to develop your own portfolio of clients alongside the wide range of clients that the company has built in relationships with.
  • You will have the opportunity to network in a variety of different industries.
  • You will identify and attract talent using a wide range of techniques that you will learn how to use.

 

Who is best suited to this role?

  • Individuals with strong verbal and written communications skills. 
  • Evidence of sporting or personal achievements.
  • An individual with experience in customer service or sales.
  • A team player who is able to go above and beyond for their team.
  • Someone with a great sense of humour..
  • A strong academic background with a 2:1+ qualification in any degree is preferred.
