What is the role?

– This 2-year software engineering graduate scheme will see you designing, developing, testing, and implementing new technology across the firm. 

– You will be working with cutting-edge technology, rotating across 4 teams, including clients, investments and risk & reporting before choosing where you want to specialise. 

– As part of a small team, you will be given lots of training and mentoring, but also responsibility and autonomy from the outset, liaising with key business stakeholders to suggest innovative solutions to complex problems.

Who is best suited to this role?

– 2:1 in Computer Science, Software Engineering and related technical degrees

– Experience with any coding language is desirable

– You must be comfortable working in a small team and be a self-starter with plenty of initiative
