Six Month Placement 

• We have multiple placement opportunities, and one application means you can be considered for all of them 
• You could help deal with the flow of applications generated by our campus search team, screening, shortlisting and ultimately placing them with our high-profile clients such as BlackRock, Tesco and KPMG 
• You could speak to and profile incoming candidates, building a relationship with them, interviewing, ascertaining their ambitions while simultaneously screening their skills and submitting them to our clients’ graduate schemes and internships 

• You may look after our client Brand Ambassadors, ensuring they are meeting their KPIs and promoting our clients on campus 
• You may help to maintain our department networks, building relationships with course leaders at every university in the UK and Europe

Is it right for you? 

• Attention to detail is absolutely vital for this role – we need placement students who can spot mistakes, proof-read and who are always on top of the detail 
• You must be a confident communicator and someone who wants to hit targets 
• No relevant experience required, although some professional experience preferred 

• You must be organised and hard-working as well as a natural relationship-builder 
• You want to work in a young and rapidly growing company where your work has a real impact  
• You enjoy taking ownership of your work as you will be responsible for all the screening for certain campaigns
