What Opportunities are Available:

Accountancy & Tax Graduate Analyst Programme:

This graduate programme provides a unique opportunity to rotate through three or four placements within Finance over a two-year period.
You will gain a thorough understanding of a range of financial disciplines, such as: accounting, controlling, and tax, alongside a senior leader to mentor you.
Both professional studies (e.g., ACA, ACCA) and on-the-job training will be provided to enable you to contribute to the business.
Assessment Centre: 19th November

Person Specification:

Have achieved or be on-track to achieve a minimum 2:1 degree in a numeracy-based degree or a degree that contains at least one numeracy module.
Be computer literate with MS office competency and able to learn new systems.
Able to understand risk factors.
Have a demonstratable interest in financial accounting, reporting, compliance and controls.

Product & Client Operations Graduate Analyst Programme:

You will rotate through three placements within the Product and Client Operations department over a two-year period, alongside a senior leader to mentor you.
As one of Man Group’s trainees, you will gain a thorough understanding of a range of operations disciplines, including client operations, middle office accounting, trading operations and change management.
Both professional studies (e.g. CFA, CIMA) and on-the-job training will be provided to enable you to contribute to the business.
Assessment Centre: 14th November

Person Specification:

AHL IDI (Investment and Data Implementation) Graduate Analyst Programme:

The two-year programme will give you the opportunity to pursue four, 6-month rotations across various teams that will assist in helping you become a Junior Analyst.
You will be provided with the opportunity to work with industry experts and experience cutting-edge commercial quantitative finance research in one of the world’s leading systematic hedge funds.
Some of your specific responsibilities will include: leveraging technology to enhance, automate and streamline daily investment management processes, using data analytics to visually represent structured and unstructured data and diagnosing and fixing issues with AHL trading models and components.
Assessment Centre: 22nd November

Person Specification:

Strong academic record and higher education degree with high mathematical and computing content or other disciplines involving technical and quantitative analysis techniques.
Experience of managing complex relationships involving multiple products and stakeholders.
Programming skills in SQL and an object-oriented language, preferably python.
