Who should attend? 

We’re looking for motivated recent graduates (2021-2025) who want to explore a career in executive search and gain a competitive edge in the finance industry.

Ideal candidates will:

• Possess strong academic credentials (A grades preferred). 

• Have excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving. 

• Be based in or willing to relocate to Scotland. 

• Be team players with experience in sports or other team-oriented activities. 

• Have full, unrestricted right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
