What is the role?

• The Graduate Management Programme has a Commercial focus, running over 18 to 24 months; it provides you with the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of Kite’s business areas, before progressing towards a management position. 
• The Programme consists of multiple module placements across different business areas. 
• In these placements you will gain an in-depth knowledge of Kite’s business, how different operations function, learn different management styles and develop an internal network of contacts, developing you into a future leader of the business.

What you’ll need in order to apply: 

• Be a recent graduate (2022) with strong academics (2.1 or above).
• A minimum grade A at A Level Maths.
• Have a full UK driver’s license.
• Possess strong numerical skills. You may find this role particularly interesting if you are from the following degree backgrounds: Mathematics, Science based Degrees, Business, Packaging Design, Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing or Procurement, IT or Finance.
