• The company and role will involve working with Perform, Kivue’s SaaS Portfolio, Programme and  Project Management solution.

What is the role?

• You will lead training sessions and demonstrations to customer’s organisation, across a range of levels. Ensuring solution optimisation and overall understanding built up through working with experienced programme and project delivery professionals.
• You will build strong relationships with clients to help you understand their operating models including organisational structures, ways of working, and challenges.  And, in turn increase the quality of service delivery and support.
• You will work alongside the product and development teams to represent customers’  requirements for enhancements and changes. As well as, understanding the  PMO (Portfolio Management Office)  function within organisations and assisting with core PMO  activities for certain clients.

Who is best suited to this role?

• You have achieved a minimum degree grade of 2:1 or above, in technical science/engineering or a subject with numerical content. 
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Complemented by presentational and public speaking skills.
• You possess strong analytical problem-solving skills as you will be representing customer requirements for enhancements and changes. 
• You have strong network building, and engagement skills in order to boost and maintain customer relationships.
• You are an avid learner and enjoy learning about new technologies and applying them to business problems.
