Asil Partners are seeking an Executive/ Operations Assistant to support their executive team and ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities.

What is the role?  

The role involves providing high-level administrative support to executives by managing schedules, handling communications, and preparing essential documents. You will also be responsible for organising meetings, events, and coordinating with stakeholders, while performing various office tasks to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the role requires conducting research and supporting ad-hoc projects and transactions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage executive schedules, phone calls, and document preparation. 
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. 
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders. 
  • Perform general administrative duties, including bookkeeping and compliance.
  • Conduct ad-hoc research and compile data for decision-making. 
  • Support project management and ad-hoc projects.
  • Assist with the delivery of potential transactions. 

 

Who is best suited to this role?  

Asil Partners is seeking candidates who possess: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree (minimum), with a preference for those holding a Master’s degree in any discipline. 
  • Fluency or native-level proficiency in French, with additional consideration given to candidates who are proficient in a European Language (E.g. Nordic Languages, Italian or German). 
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. 
  • Commercially aware with an understanding of market dynamics and business strategies. 
  • Tech-Savvy and proficient with various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.  
  • Numerically skilled, strong with numbers and data analysis. 
  • Organised and efficient in planning and prioritising tasks. 
  • Communicative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • A team player who is collaborative and able to work effectively with diverse teams.
