What is the role?

The Customer Service and Product Development role is largely divided into two main areas: 

  1. Firstly, you will be the point of contact for customer queries through phone, email and other platforms, becoming an expert on the company’s user base. 
  2. With this extensive knowledge and feedback, you will be in a prime position to suggest improvements to the offering – within 6-12 months, you will have the chance to take ownership of projects to develop the product and the future of the company.

You will be trained and developed from the outset, gaining an in depth insight into the workings of a small but ambitious firm and become an expert in the industry.

Who is best suited to this role?

They are looking for candidates with a 2.1 degree in any discipline from a top UK university. Some professional work experience is preferred, especially in either a customer-facing role or a startup environment.
