Assessment Centres/Final Stage:  1st Stage screening call followed by an in-person assessment centre in February 2024.

What is the Programme? 

Throughout the 2-year programme, you will be involved in live projects that deliver what matters. This role will be involved in a programme that consists of 4 x 6 monthly rotations and provides opportunity to be a part of a variety of projects. Working across Marketing, Property, Retail and Parking provides an excellent grounding in many commercial disciplines. Part of the programme will include a leadership development module with the other graduates and a dedicated coach (a senior leader from the business) who will help to build resilience in the workplace. 


What will you do? 

  • Analyse commercial problems and developing solutions, from boosting public transport participation to advertising retail campaigns. 
  • Manage projects against set timelines and budgets to deliver positive commercial outcomes. 
  • Analyse data, drawing conclusions and developing action plans learning across Digital, Operations & Pricing Intelligence in an ecommerce environment. 
  • Work with airport commercial partners on project delivery.

Do you have what we’re looking for? 

  • Minimum 2:1 degree within Media, Marketing or Business (Graduated 2023 or projected for 2024). 
  • Logical thinker with an aptitude for problem-solving. 
  • A passion for understanding our passenger and their experience at London Gatwick. 
  • Highly numerate, with an understanding of Data analysis. 
  • Ability to prioritise and work at pace. 
  • Ability to build good relationships and influence across the Airport. 
  • Creative, innovative, curious to find a better way.
