  • We are seeking an ambitious business-to-business marketing professional with some pre-existing b2b marketing experience to join our business development team. There is no telephony involved.

What is the role? 

  • Design and deliver a multi-channel marketing strategy aimed at bringing new employer clients into the business through lead generation.
  • Deliver warm leads of interested employers for our Business Development team to nurture into client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating income.
  • Consistent, insight led email marketing outreach via our marketing platform (Brevo).
  • Managing Google advertising and collaborating with our PPC specialist.
  • Managing client facing social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Dripify (LinkedIn automation) and TikTok to support with the wider marketing strategy.
  • Managing our lead data platform Apollo.
  • Creating compelling copy for our target audience.
  • Analysing our marketing effectiveness – from open rate, clicks, conversion and sales data.
  • Managing and keeping our database of leads up to date with relevant actions.
  • Creating and managing the full marketing eco-system for the business.
  • Using creative insights to produce relevant reactive marketing on our social media platforms.

What you should bring?

  • Clear experience in B2B marketing delivering revenue and reaching targets.
  • Able to quickly absorb the specialist knowledge around them to be able to market our products in a short time frame and hit the ground running.
  • A can-do character, to rub off on colleagues and clients.
  • Initiative: always finding a way to deliver.
