What is the role?

• As a Delivery Consultant you will be responsible for identifying potential candidates and delivering qualified individuals to the Pharma team in order to meet delivery targets as well as agreed weekly MPA’s (Most Powerful Action).
• You will have the chance to take ownership of candidate experience, from candidate qualification, advertising, recording information in the database and identify areas of improvement – helping you to gain a true 360 degree experience across core business areas, various niche markets and locations. 
• You will take responsibility for your own professional development while representing the overall organization, brand and team division internally and externally.

Who is best suited to this role?

• You have achieved a 2.1 or above at degree level (STEM subjects e.g.: Life sciences, Biomedical Sciences is desirable for terminology understanding).
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are able to demonstrate strong negotiation techniques. 
• You are comfortable working within a fast-paced and KPI driven environment – excellent time management skills as well as the ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
• You enjoy working closely with other members of the business, and are able to build and maintain professional relationships.
• You are an overall personable and highly committed individual with clear motivations for working within the recruitment sector.
• You must have the full right to work with the UK, VISAs are not sponsored.
