Have you graduated in 2023 with a 2:1 or above (or projected for 2024) and do you have a passion for Legal Operations, Compliance and Data Protection? 

The Legal Function Graduate will be involved in a programme that consists of rotational placements and provides opportunity to be a part of a variety of projects in a non-legal capacity across the Legal Function. 

You will work as part of a team that helps to manage Gatwick’s Legal and Compliance Risk in a way that facilitates competitive advantage. 

What is the Programme? 

It’s for 2 years. You will rotate through 3 different rotations: Legal Operations, Compliance and Data Protection. You will be innovative, with a growth mindset, and have a keen focus on transformation of the Legal Function’s performance using technology, automation and process optimisation. 

You will also be a strong communicator and influencer, helping to shape the compliance and data protection culture at Gatwick in creative and compelling ways. You will interface with all areas of the business and develop a strong understanding of the airport operation.

• Minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant degree area, business etc (graduated 2023 or projected for 2024).
