– They are responsible for industry-leading, cutting-edge technology in Retail, Healthcare, Transport and Logistics, and Manufacturing

 

What is the role?

– As part of the Account Manager team, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing customer relationships

– You will be responsible for only the biggest contracts – this isn’t business development and there’s no cold-calling involved

– You will need to understand the customers’ needs and identify lucrative opportunities, then work with the Sales Engineers to deliver the perfect solution for your customers’ business

– The vast majority of your work will be B2B sales, managing relationships with third party suppliers worth around 850 million in your region alone

– You will support the sale of your tech by third party suppliers, helping to understand what has been sold and where you could grow further

– You will divide your time between the Ratingen office and customer sites across Germany, building relationships and driving revenue
